Phase 1 development on track

The first phase of the Oceansgate development is approaching one-fifth of the way through construction (9 weeks of 48) and Midas are reporting they are on schedule.
The site has been cleared including the removal of the old Spinnaker porta cabin and live services decommissioned. Midas have established their site office and welfare to be used for the duration of the works.
The first building, 1,500m2 office, is starting to take form. Pictures show the erection of steel frame. Buildings 2 and 3 (industrial units) will follow behind the office building, staggered in their construction, foundations currently being placed.
