A Very Merry Christmas to All

The Oceansgate team would like to take this moment to wish all our tenants, stakeholders, partners and subscribers a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. We have achieved much more than we expected and wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their ongoing support. Here’s just a few:

Our Phase 1 development was the winner of RICS Best Regeneration Award in the South West.
Phase 1 is 90% Let/Under Offer with four of these businesses being new to Plymouth.
Phase 2 started on site in August 2019, providing a further 2,800 sq m of business space. And is 85% pre-let during 2019, subject to contract.
The Marine Business Technology Centre (MBTC) marine sector innovation support and £110,000 innovation grant programme was officially launched, key test equipment purchased and 325 marine related businesses engaged.
Smart Sound Plymouth launched in July 2019, providing autonomous buoys and vessels to create a unique In-Sea Test facility in and beyond Plymouth Sound.
A new sector-blind ‘Meet the Expert’ Business Support and £240,000 Grant programme won. Devon-wide based from Oceansgate to support small business. Starts January 2020 and ends December 2022 (ERDF funded).
