Milestone Moment for Oceansgate Project

The Oceansgate team enjoyed a successful topping out ceremony for the first phase of the development last week, which was shown on BBC Spotlight. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Heart of the South West LEP, Princess Yachts, Babcock, Devonport Naval Base, Midas Construction and a number of potential tenants.

Steve Hindley CBE DL, Chair of HotSW LEP said: “Oceansgate is another success story in the LEP’s portfolio of Growth Deal projects. The development secures Oceansgate’s status as a world-class centre for the marine sector, and as one of the Heart of the South West’s Enterprise Zones, helping us to promote the business location in a global market.”
