Phase 1 Update

Our light industrial units are shaping up well, and as you can see from our new CGI they are a very flexible working space. The image is an example of what a single unit will look like with a mezzanine floor for office use. Roof lights have been installed to provide the units with natural lighting providing a modern, airy workspace opposite to the dark feel many traditional industrial units have.

We are currently in detailed discussions with five marine companies leaving a potential six units to be filled.
