New Oceansgate Aerial Photography

Being part of a regeneration area, the surroundings of Oceansgate are constantly changing. To illustrate this we recently commissioned new aerial photography to show both our site progress and Devonport’s as a whole. This did however cause a bit of a stir in the local media.

As you can see to the right, we have demolished all the derelict, non-listed buildings ready to develop Phase 2. The Oceansgate team has been bidding for further funding to develop this area, along with submitting a pre-app with the support of AECOM.

Watch this space, and hopefully in the coming months we should have some exciting news to report on Phase 2.
